This booklet conveys a range of women's concerns on the subject of reproductive health. It was compiled through a unique effort to unite women who are in positions to make a difference. In June 1993, senior editors of women's magazines and news papers in seven different developing countries met in London to discuss the array of reproductive health issues the world's women face throughout their lifetimes. Their publications then profiled both the global and local aspects of women's reproductive health in special supplements. Excerpts from the supplements are reprinted here, starting with the global overview which introduced each one. The subsequent sections, organized by topic, draw from one or two supplements to highlight key concerns and country perspectives
